Nikolay Klok was born in Bulgaria  After several years living and doing business in the States, he became a US citizen. He has a master degree of international business and finance. He has been an investor in real estate assets in States for more than 15 years. He is the CEO of a finance company called “Finance Hold Bulgaria “ based in Sofia,Bulgaria  Mr. Klok  invests in real estate, mainly in Eastern Europe. He has been in partnership with South African Real Estate Investment Trust Safari Investment RSA LTD for several years..
